OUGANDA - THE SILVERBACK GIANTS
OUGANDA - THE SILVERBACK GIANTS

DIRECTED by: Cédric GENTIL

Crossed through and through by the Nile River, Uganda is a country of sparkling volcanic lakes, primary forests that are left unexplored and savannas studded with lakes and swamps. Unique ecosystems which harbor rare species that Olivier Houalet will try to ferret out.

From the shoebill that seems to come straight out of prehistory to the last Rotschild giraffes, this quest will lead us to the silverback gorillas that hide in the deepest recesses of the thick Bwindi forest.

A trek fraught with pitfalls and, as an ultimate reward, exceptional encounters with an unusual, moving and rare fauna.

PERU - LOOKING FOR THE ANDEAN BEAR

DIRECTED by : Jean-Baptiste ERRECA

Beyond the Andes and the Amazonian forest, lies a surprising and still unknown Peru.

Olivier Houalet embarks us on a trip through the large unexplored dunes along the Pacific coast, looking for Humboldt penguins, blue-footed boobies and fur seals.

His journey will then take us deep into the dry equatorial forests. In this unique ecosystem hides a bear that resembles no other: a shy creature that lives perched up in the trees and that few men have been able to approach: the Andean bear.
En route to discover Peru off the beaten path!

BRAZIL - JAGUARS, THE LORDS OF THE PANTANAL
BRAZIL - JAGUARS, THE LORDS OF THE PANTANAL

DIRECTED by: Jean-Baptiste ERRECA

They call the Pantanal the green diamond of Brazil...

The largest wet tropical area in the world consists of an entanglement of rivers, swamps, islets and plains that stretch out as far as the eye can see. Man seldom ventures in these parts where wild animals still rule.

On these lands infested with caimans and piranhas, we will follow Olivier Houalet in his search of the lords of the area: the anaconda, master of the aquatic milieu; the capybara, prince of the shores and if luck is with him, approach the mythical and quiet jaguar, who rules over these flooded savannas.

CANADA - FACING GRIZZLIES
CANADA - FACING GRIZZLIES

DIRECTED by: Laurent FRAPAT

Few regions are as damp, dark and mysterious as the Great Bear Rain Forest in British Columbia. This territory that extends from the West coast of Canada to Alaska is one of the wildest places on Earth. Kayaks are the only means of transportation through these remote territories inhabited by humped-back whales, sea otters, bald eagles and sea lions.

Olivier Houalet will guide us to this wild fauna, with one goal in mind: to approach the discreet black bears and their cousins, the wild grizzlies.
The salmon run season is the best time to observe them, but the torrential rains that fall on these lands push the bears back into the deepest recesses of the forest…
