Before ruling the savannah, even the fiercest predators enter this world as frail little creatures.
Some cubs are blind at birth, others can barely stand on their legs, they are all extremely vulnerable. Their mother will watch over their first steps, giving them the unconditional attention and care they need to survive their critical first weeks, when danger lies at each step, and survival is never taken for granted.

The young predators have overcome the first obstacles of their life in the wild. They are growing up quickly under the care and affection of their mother.
Cubs and pups will be weaned at different ages, but each youngster will soon take an important step and taste its first bite of meat.
Some are raised under the protection of a single mother, others by a clan, but danger lies everywhere, and the laws of the savannah are ruthless.

In the savannah, the path to independence can be long and strewn with pitfalls.
While some young carnivores are already fine-tuning their hunting techniques, others are barely starting to reveal their nature as future predators, like the hyena pups who are in no hurry to grow up...
Each will learn the art of hunting at their own pace.
